Tuition is $7,770 per year per student starting with the 2024-25 school year. This includes enrollment in up to seven classes, access to the online platform and course materials, an Advocate, and all resources provided by teachers and the Valor community.

Part-time tuition is based per full-year course. Semester courses are priced per grading period at the same rate. You may choose to pay in full or pay on a monthly basis. Schedule a consultation to get your custom pricing.

What is the difference between full-time and part-time?

Full-time students enroll for all major courses with us, and we are their main school. Part-time students may join for one, two, or three classes, at a per-course rate, and complete the remainder of their classes at another school or in a homeschool.

Additional costs may include course or project materials, mission trips, and optional attendance at in-person retreats with other students across the country.

$250 enrollment fee per student, due with the application. The enrollment fee is required for new students and to re-enroll current students. (Family maximum of $750.) This enrollment fee must be paid in order for your application to be processed.

There are no refunds.

One tuition payment includes placement for your student in Valor Global Online as well as an education scholarship for one child in a developing nation. Our focus for this school year will be the Tongko Village School in the Philippines, NCompass student scholarships in a Haitian school, and Ushindi Orphanage and School in Kenya, Africa. Tuition may be paid in full, on a 12-month plan (June-May) or on a 10-month plan (August-May). Partial-year tuition will be prorated based the month.

Pay in Full Discount: There is a 3% tuition discount if you pay in full by June 30.

Referral Discount: Families receive a $150 discount per student that they refer that enrolls, pays, and attends for at least three months.

Sibling Discount: There is a 10% discount for the 1st sibling, 15% for each additional sibling. Example: Family of 4 students – Student 1 pays full price. Student 2 pays 90% of the full price (10% discount). Students 3 and 4 pay 85% of the full price (15% discount).

Valor Global Online was founded on a unique mission model of ONE2ONE Education. This means that because of your child's tuition fees, another child in one of our partner schools around the world receives the blessing of an education also. We therefore do not generally offer discounts, scholarships, or tuition assistance as they would significantly reduce our ability to maintain this core value and mission mindset.

We do offer tuition discounts for full prepayments and referrals.

The stability of our school and the quality of its programs are of the utmost importance. We are always seeking ways to make improvements to benefit everyone. We have partnered with FACTS Management Company to help us manage our tuition payment program, billing of incidentals and financial aid assessment. FACTS is used by over 6,500 schools nationally. We are excited to be working with them and providing a secure, convenient payment option for families.

You will realize these benefits by using FACTS for your tuition payment plan:

• Payment Dates: You may choose either the 1st or the 15th of each month as your payment date. Automatic payments can be made from a checking or savings account or from a variety of credit cards.

• Convenience & Security: Along with multiple payment methods, your payments are processed securely through a bank to bank transaction.

• Consumer Account: You may check your personal account or make payments online from the convenience of your home or office anytime.

• Peace of Mind Insurance: FACTS offers an optional low cost “peace of mind” insurance. In the event of death of the Responsible Party or spouse, the remaining tuition balance owed for the current school year is paid to the school.

• One of the universal challenges in education is achieving a balance between our educational mission and financial stability. It is precisely for this reason we are enlisting the help of the FACTS Management Company. With FACTS, the school maintains decision-making control. As always, we will continue to work with families should special circumstances or “hardship” cases arise during the school year

Sometimes, circumstances are such that students need to leave after classes begin. This includes any withdrawal from the first day of school, up to the final week of school. Students leaving at the end of a school year will be formally exited, and transcripts released, upon completion of the current school year's payment plan.

Please send formal withdrawal notice to vgoadmissions@valorschool.org with the student’s name, grade level, and final date of attendance with Valor Global Online.

The tuition for the month of withdrawal dates is not prorated. You will be charged for the entire month even if you unenroll partially through a month.

To cover all commitments to the ONE2ONE students sponsored by each families’ tuition, we charge a $500 withdrawal fee per withdrawing student. This payment allows us to cover all costs. Thank you for your support of our international sister schools.
